This policy covers greenwake.ai, the Greenwake website. It explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, title and message. When you request a RORO report, we also keep the numbers you entered in the calculator (such as ARR, retention, bookings and team size) so we can prepare your report.
The calculator itself runs in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent to us unless you submit the report form.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We don't use advertising cookies or sell your information.
How we use it
To reply to your request, send the report you asked for, and follow up about Greenwake. You can ask us to stop at any time, and every email we send includes a way to opt out.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site and our customer records, such as our hosting and email providers, and only to provide those services. We don't sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email privacy@greenwake.ai.
Client data
Data a client shares with Greenwake as part of an engagement, such as CRM exports, is covered by that client's agreement with us, not by this policy.
